My name is Trinity. I am a mama to one beautiful baby girl and married to the love of my life. I was born and raised in the Treasure Valley and currently live in Boise. I am a proud birth nerd. I love getting to talk about pregnancy, labor and postpartum.

The first time I attended a birth I was working as a midwife assistant. Like most people, I anticipated screaming, chaos, and the classic phrase “push!” Instead, I found nothing like that. I saw so much peace, grace, and worship like no other. That night was truly life changing.

Since then, I have fallen deep into the world of home birth. I have read countless books on labor positions, comfort measures, herbal remedies, postpartum nutrition, and more. I got to have my own home birth in 2024 when my daughter was born. I received so much amazing support during my own pregnancy that I was inspired to serve other women in their childbearing years. As a doula my hope is that I can meet with you in pregnancy and truly serve you during your journey into motherhood, whether this is your first or eighth baby.
